we are going to learn how to crochet table mat in 10 diameter using spiral doily pattern. This is beginner friendly crochet pattern with easy steps.
MATERIALS:
- 4.5mm hook
- DK yarn
- Scissores
- Crochet needles
GAUGE:
- 17HDC *9 rows =4'' with 4.5mm hook
ABBRIVATION:
- CH - chain
- SC - single crochet
- DC - double crochet
- HDC - half double crochet
- SL ST - split stitch
- RPT - repeat
- SP - space
- beg - beginner
- st - stitches
INSTRUCTION:
- Begin with magical ring/ magical circle/adjustable ring
ROW 1:
- CH3, 11DC. SL ST into beg top CH3
ROW 2:
- CH4. *(HDC in next stitches, CH2) RPT all around round at last SL ST to beg CH2 (totally you got 12HDC in this row).
ROW 3:
- SL ST to CH2 SP, CH3(it act as DC) DC, CH2, 1DC in same SP.
- *CH1 (2DC, CH2, 1DC) in next CH2 SP* RPT all around row
- At last CH1 SL ST to beg top CH3.
ROW 4:
- CH3(DC2, CH2, DC1) in same SP
- *CH2(DC2, CH2, DC1) * RPT to around
- At last CH2, SL ST to beg ch3.
ROW 5:
- CH3( DC2, CH2, DC1) in same SP.
- *CH1, SL ST to next CH2 SP.
- CH3 (DC3, CH2, DC1) in next CH2 SP.* RPT all around.
- Last SL ST to beg top CH3.
ROW 6:
- CH3(DC2, CH2, DC1) in same SP.
- *CH2. SL ST to next CH3 SP.
- CH4 (DC3, CH2, DC1)* RPT all around row 6
- At last SL ST to beg top CH4.
ROW 7:
- CH3( DC2, CH2, DC1) in same SP.
- *CH2. SL ST to CH4, SP.
- CH5 (DC3, CH2, DC1) in next SP. * RPT all around row 7
- At last SL ST to beg ch5.
ROW 8:
- RPT ROW 7
ROW 9:
- CH3 (DC2, CH2, DC1) in same SP.
- *CH2, SL ST to next CH5, SP.

- At last SL ST to beg CH6.

EDGING:
- CH1, SC in beg top CH3,
- SC in next 2st.
