 Hello crochet lovers, I am so happy you find your way to this beautiful doily pattern. While your going to try something new today? then this post is right place for you. Doily will make your day and you will be more satisficed at the end. In this post you will find step by step instruction and picture and also video for those who can learn better by watching. 

Doily was constructed with full of single crochet, double crochet. It has a nice feel and textured finish. 


It will create little hard to understand, once it get clear you can do pretty fast without stopping. The only thing get knowledge How curved branches is crocheted? once it cleared nothing will stop you. 

SKILL LEVEL:

Intermediate 

MATERIALS:

  • 4 mm hook
  • DK yarn
  • Crochet needle
  • Scissors

ABBREVATION:

  • CH - chain
  • SC - single crochet
  • DC - double crochet
  • SP ST - split stitch
  • SP - space
  • beg - Begin
  • RPT - repeat
  • YO - yarn over
  • St - stitch 
  • Sts - stitches

GAUGE :

Gauge is not important for this project, use your fav yarn color and large size hook and make free tension.

INSTRUCTION:

Begin with magical circle 

ROUND 1:

  • CH 3 (indicate as DC), *CH 1, 1DC, CH 1* RPT 10 more times
  • Split knot on 3rd CH of begin CH.

ROUND 2:

NOTE: From this round we are going to flip the doily over and work backward before going forward again.



  • CH 3 (indicate as DC), 
  • To begin curve do CH 7, CH3, 13 DC (over CH 7 ) (refer pic)


  •  After completing 13 DC, do 1 DC in CH1 SP (refer pic). we got incomplete half curve branch.


  • *Begin second curve CH 7, now flip doily, do 1 DC on seventh DC of previous curve branch (refer pic). 


  • CH 1 (SKP 1 St) ,1 DC in next St, CH1 (SKP 1 St), 1 DC in next St, CH 1 (SKP 1 St), 1 DC (last DC ) - (refer picture below)


  • CH 3(indicate as DC) flip doily toward right side, work  CH 1, 1 DC (CH 1 SP),CH 1, 1 DC (CH 1 SP ), CH 1, 1DC (CH 1 SP), CH 1, 13 DC (over CH 7).
  • After completing 13 DC, do 1 DC in CH 1 SP (refer pic) we got complete full curve* RPT same instruction for 10 more times .
  • After completing 12 curves split stitch on top beg CH and end up round, now complete the incomplete curve.
  • Incomplete half curve - to complete that curve do CH 3 attach to seventh DC of previous curve, CH 1 (SKP 1 St) ,1 DC in next St, CH1 (SKP 1 St), 1 DC in next St, CH 1 (SKP 1 St), 1 DC (last DC ),
  • CH 3(indicate as DC) flip doily toward right side, work  CH 1, 1 DC (CH 1 SP),CH 1, 1 DC (CH 1 SP ), CH 1, 1DC (CH 1 SP), CH 1, split stitch on to beg CH. Now we got all completed curved in each an every CH 1 SP. 


ROUND 3:

NOTE: Do SC in each SP to get stable edge.

*CH 1(indicate as SC), 2 SC (DC SP), 1 SC on stand, 4SC (CH 4 SP), 1 SC (on DC), 1 SC (CH 1 SP), 1 SC (on DC), 1 SC (CH 1 SP), 1 SC (on DC), 1 SC (CH 1 SP), 3 DC (DC stand)* RPT all over edge.



Fasten off and weave in all ends.
